Nuvo-9160GC – Rugged AI@Edge Computer with 13th / 12th Gen Intel® Core™ CPU
The Nuvo-9160GC is a rugged edge AI computer that delivers superior CPU and GPU performance thanks to the 12th generation Intel platform and 130W RTX GPU card from NVIDIA®. The system’s standard and optional GPU brackets can accommodate selected GPU cards including RTX 3050, RTX 4060, NVIDIA® RTX A2000, and RTX 4000 SFF Ada. The GPU bracket is designed to secure the GPU card to provide excellent shock and vibration resistance in volatile conditions.
Thanks to state-of-the-art Intel® 7 photolithography, Intel’s 13th/12th generation processors offer up to 16 cores and 24 threads with a 1.8x performance increase over previous 11th and 10th generation Intel® platforms. The latest NVIDIA® 130W RTX GPU contributes nearly 9 TFLOPS of FP32 performance to support real-time AI inference applications involving multiple cameras, such as production line inspection, intelligent video analytics for surveillance or ITS, or autonomous mobile robots (AMR).
The Nuvo-9160GC features a proven thermal design that ensures reliable system operation from -25°C to 60°C. It features a passive cooling design for the motherboard and a separate, patented ventilation design* for the 130W GPU card in Neousys’ patented expansion cartridge*. Support for six GigE cameras (or IP cameras) and six USB3 cameras makes the Nuvo-9160GC ideal for deploying various AI applications. It also offers flexible data storage options, including an M.2 2280 Gen4x4 NVMe with extreme read/write speeds of up to 7000 MB/s and two 2.5″ SATA HDD/SSDs to expand storage capacity.
With performance enhancements and comprehensive I/O, the Nuvo-9160GC is the perfect edge AI inference platform for industrial environments such as factory automation, smart agriculture, and autonomous machines.
