Digi Connect ME® 9210 series: Compact embedded system-on-modules for network-capable applications with RJ-45 form factor
The Digi Connect ME® 9210 defines the standards for ultra-compact embedded systems. Based on Digi’s powerful 32-bit NS9210 processor (ARM9), this SoM offers outstanding performance and enables the implementation of leading network-enabled products.
Digi Connect ME® 9210 utilizes Digi’s proprietary NET+ARM processor technology, which ensures true long-term availability. This is particularly critical for embedded applications where longevity is a fundamental requirement.
Flexibility and future-proofing
The Digi Connect ME® 9210’s unique on-chip FIM enables future application-specific interface options such as CAN, 1-Wire, UART, while the main serial port and other peripheral interfaces remain available.
The module supports up to ten shared GPIOs, external IRQs and offers an extended set of peripheral interface options such as I2C and SPI, making it suitable for more advanced main application processor applications. With an industrial operating temperature, the Digi Connect ME® 9210 is ready for demanding environments to ensure reliable performance.
