Nuvo-11531 series – Compact fanless embedded computer with Intel® Core™ Ultra 200

The Nuvo-11531 series from Neousys Technology combines state-of-the-art Intel® Core™ Ultra 200 processors with an ultra-compact, fanless chassis. Measuring just 212 x 165 x 63 mm, the series is ideal for space-constrained applications such as robot arms, AMRs, machine vision systems, or street cabinets. Despite its slim form factor, it delivers outstanding performance thanks to Intel® 3 nm architecture, while consuming up to 20% less energy compared to the previous generation. In addition, the platform integrates an NPU and GPU that enable up to 36 TOPS of AI performance – ideal for AI-powered image processing and smart automation tasks.

Flexible interfaces and storage options

For connecting cameras, sensors, or LiDAR, the Nuvo-11531 series offers 4x 2.5GbE ports (optional with PoE+) and 4x USB 3.2 Gen1 with screw locks. The features are complemented by two COM ports, isolated DIOs, and internal M.2 and mPCIe slots that enable expansions such as 5G/4G modules, CAN bus, or Wi-Fi. Storage can be flexibly implemented via an M.2 Gen4x4 NVMe slot and an easily swappable 2.5″ SSD tray, providing optimal support for both the operating system and data storage.

Robust reliability and expandability

The fanless design is rated for a temperature range of -25°C to 60°C and supports a wide DC input voltage range of 8–48 V. Ignition power control is available as an option for mobile applications. For particularly performance-intensive scenarios, the Nuvo-11588 variant also offers a SlimSAS connection (PCIe Gen4 x8) for connecting external NVMe/U.2 storage, industrial PCIe cameras, or GPUs. This makes the series equally suitable for smart factories, autonomous logistics solutions, robotics, and smart city infrastructures.
