Description
ASUS IoT PE5101D – Rugged high-performance edge computer
The ASUS IoT PE5101D is a powerful and rugged edge computer designed for demanding industrial applications. Equipped with the Intel® R680E chipset, it supports Intel® Core™ processors of the 14th, 13th and 12th generation with up to 24 cores and 32 threads as well as DDR5 RAM with up to 4800 MHz. This platform offers outstanding computing power for AI-supported analysis, machine vision and intelligent video analysis (IVA).
Flexible expandability and data security
The PE5101D has two 2.5-inch hot-swap SSD/HDD bays with RAID 0/1 support, ensuring both data security and ease of use. In addition, two PCIe slots allow the integration of graphics cards or expansion cards with up to 200 watts of power for compute-intensive applications such as AI inference and machine vision.
Tough for extreme environments
Thanks to a thermally optimized design, the PE5101D is suitable for operating temperatures from -25 °C to 60 °C. It also supports a wide range input voltage of 8 to 48 V DC with integrated ignition control management, making it ideal for use in harsh environments. The anti-vibration and shockproof design meets MIL-STD-810H US military standards and ensures stable operation even under the harshest conditions. The ASUS IoT PE5101D is perfect for applications in smart factories, intelligent transportation infrastructure, kiosk systems, machine vision and AI-powered video analytics. With its fanless, rugged design and powerful architecture, it delivers reliability and performance for versatile industrial deployment scenarios.
The ASUS IoT PE5101D combines high-performance computing, advanced connectivity and rugged reliability in a compact, fanless chassis. It is the ideal choice for organizations that need a reliable platform for demanding edge applications.
