WM BT-R15 ATEX – industrial-grade Panel PC for hazardous environments
The WM BT-R15 Panel PC – ATEX is an explosion-proof Full IP65 system, which scores with a high performance due to an integrated Intel dual-core processor Atom N2600. The computer power remains constant even at an ambient temperature of -20°C to 50°C due to efficient fanless cooling. Due to the extremely robust housing, the Panel PC can be used without problems in ATEX zone 2 as well as in potentially explosive areas. The WM-BT-R15 ATEX Panel PC is fully shielded to protection class IP65 and is thus protected against dust and water jets, which at the same time means a high degree of failure safety in adverse weather conditions.
Extremely sturdy touch display
The Panel PC can be operated via a resistive touch screen with a screen diagonal of 15 inches. A resolution of 1024 x 768 dots and a brightness of 500 cd/m² offer a clear image with a corresponding high luminosity. In addition, the Panel PC system has been designed witn an extremely sturdy stainless steel chassis with MIL-STD-810G certification.
Flexible storage and connectivity options
The ATEX Panel PC contains a SODIMM module with a max. 8GB DDR RAM memory. A hard disk with 64GB mSATA SSD is used as the standard storage device. A standard COM port RS-232 (M.12 connection for RS-232/422/485 as an option) is available for the serial interface as well as a corresponding RJ45 Gigabit LAN connection. In addition, two USB ports offer further options for user-dependent connection of peripheral devices. A VESA mount included in the delivery also allows for a secure installation onto walls or as a flush-mount. The ATEX Panel PC consumes up to 25W under full load and thus remains extremely energy-efficient.
