POC-551VTC – High-performance and compact embedded PC for in-vehicle applications

The POC-551VTC is an ultra-compact, fanless embedded PC specifically designed for demanding in-vehicle applications. With the powerful AMD Ryzen™ Embedded V1605B quad-core processor, it offers three times higher CPU performance compared to the previous generation. The robust design and optimized power consumption make the POC-551VTC an ideal solution for modern vehicle applications that require high performance and reliability.

Versatile connectivity and advanced communication

The POC-551VTC offers a wide range of connectivity options, including four IEEE 802.3at PoE+ ports, each delivering up to 25 W of power for devices such as IP cameras. For seamless wireless connectivity, one M.2 and three Mini PCIe slots are available to support Wi-Fi, LTE or GPS modules. The controller also integrates an isolated CAN bus port for vehicle communication and isolated digital inputs and outputs for controlling sensors and actuators.

Reliable in extreme environments

Thanks to its fanless construction and robust design, the POC-551VTC is designed for use in extreme temperatures from -40 °C to 70 °C. The device meets the requirements of E-Mark and EN 50155/EN 45545, making it ideal for applications in railroad, vehicle and industrial automation.The wide DC input voltage range of 8 to 35 V with integrated ignition control module guarantees a stable power supply even in challenging vehicle environments.
