GT-92RL-H – Fanless 19-inch GPU computer for demanding AI and vision applications

The GT-92RL-H is a powerful, fanless 19-inch GPU computer designed specifically for industrial AI and vision applications. By integrating the Intel® Core™ 12th, 13th and 14th generation processors in combination with the NVIDIA® RTX™ 2000 ADA GPU, the system offers excellent computing power for computationally intensive tasks. This high performance makes the GT-92RL-H ideal for multi-camera applications that require real-time processing, including pantograph and track width monitoring, robot guidance systems and autonomous machines.

Robust thermal design for extreme environmental conditions

The GT-92RL-H is designed for use in demanding environments and features a proven fanless thermal design that ensures reliable system cooling. Passive cooling of the entire system and the 70 W GPU card ensures stable operation even under extreme conditions. The extended operating temperature range of -40 °C to 55 °C makes the system ideal for harsh industrial applications.

Optimal camera connection for vision-supported AI processes

Thanks to its versatile interfaces, the GT-92RL-H supports up to eight GigE cameras for Gigabit Ethernet-based image processing as well as four USB 3.0 cameras. This flexible connectivity enables reliable integration of high-speed cameras, making the system ideal for edge AI inference tasks in industrial automation, robotics and transportation monitoring.

Certified solution for rail vehicles and industrial applications

With its 110 V DC input voltage range and EN 50155 and EN 45545 certifications, the GT-92RL-H is specially optimized for use in rail vehicles and other safety-critical areas. The robust design ensures that the system works reliably even under vibrations and voltage fluctuations. The GT-92RL-H offers extensive storage options to meet the requirements of data-intensive applications. The integrated M.2 2280 Gen4 slot (x4) for NVMe SSDs enables extremely fast read and write operations at up to 7000 MB/s, while two 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD slots provide additional storage space for larger amounts of data.

With its powerful CPU and GPU architecture, versatile connectivity and robust design, the GT-92RL-H is an ideal solution for vision-based AI applications in rail vehicles, robotics and industrial automation.
