PB-9250J-SA series – Standalone backup power module with supercapacitor technology

The PB-9250J-SA series is a standalone emergency power supply module that has been specially developed to reliably protect box PCs from power failures. Thanks to the latest supercapacitor technology, the module has an exceptional service life of over 10 years and an extended operating temperature range of -25°C to 65°C, ideal for use in demanding environments. The PB-9250J-SA series is equipped with eight 370F/ 3.0V supercapacitors and offers an impressive 9,250 watt seconds of energy to provide your box PC with additional operating time in the event of power failures. With an output power of up to 180W, the module ensures the operation of the connected system, even during unexpected power interruptions.

Patented CAP energy management technology

Equipped with CAP energy management technology developed by Neousys, the module continuously monitors energy consumption and system status. It manages system startup and shutdown automatically without the need for additional software or drivers.

Flexible use – also in the vehicle sector

In addition to the classic UPS mode, the PB-9250J-SA series offers two advanced ignition control modes that enable precise control of the power-on/power-off delay based on an IGN signal. This makes the module the perfect solution for industrial and vehicle-based applications.

[1] To achieve > 10 years lifespan under 24/7 at 65°C operation, please charge PB-9250J-SA to 6525J energy level using the 4.8x SuperCAP Lifetime Extension setting (please refer to the user manual for details). Once the rated lifetime or cycle life has been reached, the capacity of supercapacitor may decrease up to 30% and ESR may increase up to 100% from initial values.

[2] Backup time for uninterruptible operation may be reduced when sustaining a back-end system with high power consumption. Please consult with Neousys Technology if your computer accepts only constant-voltage input.

[3] To ensure PB-9250J and PB-4600J’s power backup operation functions as intended, please contact Neousys Technology technical support if your connecting back-end system accepts only constant voltage input.
