POC-960GC – Compact Edge AI Computer with AMD® Ryzen™ PRO 8640U
The POC-960GC from BRESSNER Technology is an ultra-compact edge AI computer designed for industrial applications with demanding performance requirements. The system combines powerful computing capabilities with a space-saving design. It features an AMD® Ryzen™ PRO 8640U processor with six cores, twelve threads, and integrated Ryzen™ AI acceleration. As a result, the platform combines CPU, NPU, and GPU performance for advanced AI and edge computing applications.
In addition, the POC-960GC supports NVIDIA® low-profile graphics cards with up to 70 W TDP. This makes the system ideal for machine vision, autonomous systems, robotics, and intelligent automation applications. Furthermore, the integrated Ryzen™ AI Engine delivers up to 16 TOPS of NPU performance. Combined with CPU and GPU resources, the platform achieves up to 31 TOPS of total AI processing power at the SoC level.
Extensive Connectivity for Industrial Applications
The POC-960GC offers comprehensive connectivity for industrial environments. It features four Gigabit Ethernet ports and an additional 2.5GbE port for high-speed network communication. Moreover, the system includes four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, isolated digital I/O, and a configurable serial interface. Two Mini-PCIe slots also allow easy integration of Wi-Fi, LTE, and other communication modules.
Rugged Design for Reliable Edge Deployment
The fanless design ensures reliable operation while minimizing maintenance requirements. In addition, the system supports a wide 12 to 35 VDC power input range. Optional ignition power control is available for mobile and vehicle-based applications.
With an operating temperature range of -25°C to 60°C, the POC-960GC is designed for deployment in demanding industrial environments. Therefore, it provides a reliable platform for modern AI applications at the edge, including machine vision, robotics, industrial automation, and real-time data analysis.
