Fanless Embedded Box PC for Industrial Edge Computing Applications
The BOXER-6619-TWL is a compact, fanless embedded box PC. It is specifically designed for industrial and edge computing applications. As a result, the system is ideal for demanding environments.
The system is powered by Intel® Core™ processors of the N-series. Alternatively, Intel® processors of the N-series are also available. This ensures a balanced combination of performance and energy efficiency. Therefore, the BOXER-6619-TWL is well suited for automation, smart city, and AIoT applications.
Designed for use in harsh environments, the system supports a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to 60°C. The fanless design reduces maintenance requirements. At the same time, it ensures long-term reliability. In addition, the flexible 9V to 36V DC power input enables easy integration. Protection features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and reverse polarity protection further enhance operational safety.
Extensive Connectivity and Flexible Expansion Options
The BOXER-6619-TWL offers extensive connectivity for industrial applications. It features four LAN ports with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE support. The total power budget is up to 80W. This allows easy integration of IP cameras, sensors, and other PoE devices.
For visualization, the system provides multiple display outputs. These include two HDMI ports supporting up to 4K @ 60Hz, as well as a VGA interface. This enables flexible display configurations.
In addition, the system offers a wide range of I/O interfaces. These include USB 3.2, serial ports (RS-232/422/485), and digital I/Os. As a result, the BOXER-6619-TWL is compatible with various industrial peripherals.
Further expansion options increase flexibility. M.2 slots and a Nano-SIM slot enable wireless connectivity. At the same time, the system remains scalable and future-proof.
The system supports Windows 11 IoT and Linux Ubuntu. Furthermore, an integrated TPM 2.0 ensures enhanced security. This makes the BOXER-6619-TWL an ideal solution for modern edge computing environments.
