Digi TransPort® WR44 R – Rugged 4G LTE-Advanced cellular communication solution with CAN interface
The Digi TransPort® WR44 R sets new standards in ruggedized 4G LTE-Advanced cellular communications while providing true routing, enterprise-class security and firewall functionality. Its rugged cast aluminum housing ensures durability and reliability, while the flexible interface design supports a wide range of applications. With options such as an integrated Wi-Fi access point, USB, serial port and a 4-port Ethernet switch, the WR44 R adapts to a variety of configurations.
Flexible interfaces in a robust housing
The cast aluminum housing makes the router ideal for demanding environments and use in vehicles. The WR44 R offers numerous interface options, including USB, serial ports, a 4-port Ethernet switch and optional Wi-Fi access.
With flexible power options, including 9-36 VDC locking barrel or automotive Molex connectors, the router is perfect for in-vehicle use, and the auto-switch feature automatically switches between cellular and Wi-Fi networks to utilize the fastest and most cost-effective WAN network available.
Enterprise-class routing and security
The WR44 R offers an advanced routing, security and firewall feature set, including stateful inspection firewall and integrated VPN. Protocols such as BGP, OSPF and VRRP+ support deployment as part of a PCI-compliant network. Digi Remote Manager® gives you valuable insight into your devices and centralized control of your network.
