Digi PortServer® TS series – Reliable Ethernet connection for serial devices
The Digi PortServer® TS Series provides a simple, reliable and cost-effective solution for connecting multiple serial devices over industry standard Ethernet. Target applications include retail/ point-of-sale, building control and medical point-of-care systems.
Patented RealPort® technology for seamless integration
Digi’s patented RealPort® with encryption and user authentication enables the connection between the host and the networked serial device. It establishes a local COM or TTY port on the host computer, allowing software applications to work with networked device servers without the need for a host adapter.
Easy installation and configuration
The PortServer TS series can be easily installed locally or remotely using various IP addressing methods (DHCP, RARP, ARP ping). An application on the installation CD automatically detects all PortServer devices in your network, which further simplifies configuration.

*The RealPort encryption feature is compatible with Microsoft Windows® 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and Windows Server® 2012, 2016, 2019 and Linux®. The RealPort authentication feature is only compatible with Microsoft Windows® 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and Windows Server® 2012, 2016, 2019.
