The ultra-compact Digi MiniCore® RCM6700 is the ideal solution for today’s smart energy initiatives and applications that require a cost-effective, web-enabled device server. With up to 6 serial ports, configurable I/O options and control features such as PWM, the RCM6700 series offers comprehensive functionality at an economical price.
The Digi MiniCore® RCM6700 series is fully programmable and utilizes the processor peripherals. The Dynamic C development platform offers license-free TCP/IP stack support and Wi-Fi support, making integration into your network effortless. In addition, the series supports various protocols such as ZigBee® and Modbus, which reduces development costs and shortens time to market.
Platform for complete solutions
The Digi Remote Manager platform simplifies device deployment by easily passing through firewalls. This eliminates server maintenance and costly site visits, while ensuring complete remote monitoring and control.
With configurable I/O options, multiple serial ports and a variety of control options, the Digi MiniCore® RCM6700 Series offers tremendous design flexibility without sacrificing features or cost.
Communication and control
The Digi MiniCore® RCM6700 series is a high-performance device server with multiple connectivity options, including an I2C interface and the flexible interface module FIM. This expands the connectivity of peripheral devices such as CANbus, 1-Wire and SD/SDIO. With 32 configurable I/O ports and up to 6 serial interfaces, the series offers more possibilities than standard device servers without increasing costs.
Development time is drastically reduced thanks to user-defined examples and pre-prepared libraries. Programming is done in Dynamic C, an ANSI C-compatible development environment, which allows easy code porting from existing applications.
