Digi IX20 series – Innovative cellular routers for versatile applications
The Digi IX20 series of cellular routers set new standards in innovation and performance. From general connectivity applications to industrial routing and security requirements, these routers offer a comprehensive solution. Their flexible power and connectivity options make them the ideal choice for a variety of applications, including industrial infrastructure, digital advertising, retail kiosks, service terminals and other critical assets requiring secure transactions.
High-performance architecture and advanced security features
The high-performance architecture of Digi IX20 routers enables automatic and software-selectable primary and backup WWAN connectivity over multi-carrier cellular LTE. These routers support advanced security features such as stateful firewall, MAC filtering and VPN. Cellular redundancy (Digi SureLink®) and comprehensive management (SNMP, Event Logging, Analyzer Trace and QOS) facilitate deployment in PCI or NERC CIP compliant applications. FirstNet Trusted™ models are also available, specifically designed to meet the needs of first responders for critical communications.
Efficient network management with Digi Remote Manager®
Gain key insights into your deployed devices and manage your network effectively with Digi Remote Manager® (Digi RM) – the command center for your deployment. Digi RM enables easy setup, mass configuration, maintenance and support for thousands of devices. It also provides secure out-of-band management access to Digi IX20 via a serial port and command line interface. Digi WAN Bonding provides WAN aggregation and instant failover.
Modular Digi CORE® plug-in LTE modems for future-proof connectivity
The Digi IX20 router family offers various options for worldwide distribution and deployment. In addition, the Digi IX20 is designed for Digi CORE® plug-in LTE modems, which can be replaced or upgraded without having to replace the entire router. The modular nature of Digi CORE plug-in modems allows for upgrades to newer LTE standards to mitigate technology obsolescence and keep customers up to date.
