The PCIe-USB381F from Neousys is an industrial-grade 8-port USB 3.1 Gen1 frame grabber/host adapter card and offers a reliable solution for machine vision applications. With a x4 PCI Express Gen2 interface and four Fresco FL1100SX xHCI controllers, the card delivers a high data transfer rate of up to 400 MB/s per port when using four USB3 cameras simultaneously. When eight cameras are connected, it even achieves a total bandwidth of 1600 MB/s.
Flexible power supply and control
The PCIe-USB381F has eight USB ports that are directly accessible on the front panel, which simplifies cabling. Each port provides a standardized 900 mA regulated 5V output voltage to power USB3 cameras. Additionally, users can increase the output power to 1800 mA by configuring onboard jumpers to support devices with higher power requirements. A programmable on/off control per port allows for quick troubleshooting by resetting cameras or other connected devices.
