The PCIe Gen3 x16 iPass cable adapter enables a seamless and latency-free connection between a server and an external PCIe device such as an expansion enclosure or storage device. Direct PCIe bus access via a high-speed cable achieves data transfer rates of up to 128 Gbit/s – ideal for performance-intensive applications in HPC, AI and storage systems.
Flexible and efficient system integration
Thanks to its switch-based architecture, the adapter can be operated in both host and target mode. A simple DIP switch allows the adapter to be flexibly configured for I/O expansion or network operation. Furthermore, no additional software installation is required, which enables fast and uncomplicated integration into existing systems.
