The PCIe Gen2 x4 host cable adapter enables a direct connection between a server or PC and external PCIe devices, such as expansion enclosures or storage solutions. The compact PCIe x4 adapter is inserted into the PCIe slot of a computer and uses a PCIe cable connection to expand the PCIe bus at 20 Gbps.

Thanks to the integrated 8-lane switch with DMA controller, the adapter offers optimum data processing and extremely low latency without the need for conversion software.
