ORCA PRO series: Slim and robust stainless steel panel PCs with IP66/IP67 protection
The ORCA PRO series extends the proven ORCA line with powerful full IP66/IP67 stainless steel panel PCs with a slim design and additional corrosion protection. These Panel PCs have been specially developed for demanding industrial environments and are optimally protected against dust, water and temporary submersion thanks to their robust stainless steel housing. Optionally, the devices can be equipped with IP69K protection to enable high-pressure and steam cleaning – ideal for hygiene-critical areas such as the food or pharmaceutical industry.
Intel® Tiger Lake i5 processor for maximum performance
Powered by a powerful Intel® Core™ i5 Tiger Lake processor, the ORCA PRO Panel PCs offer high computing power for demanding industrial applications. The integrated Intel HD Graphics ensures an excellent display of visualizations and control processes. 15.6“, 22” and 24” LCD screens with PCAP touchscreen are reserved. The full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a brightness of up to 400 cd/m² (optional 1000 cd/m²) enable clear visibility even in bright environments. All models are fully compatible with Windows 11, ensuring long-term and future-proof use.
Flexible interfaces and customizable configuration
The ORCA PRO series offers versatile connectivity options and can be individually adapted to customer requirements. Two SODIMM slots allow memory expansion up to 64GB DDR4 RAM. The devices are equipped with an RS-232/422/485 port, two USB 2.0 interfaces and an RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet port. All interfaces are equipped with IP67 circular connectors to ensure maximum safety and reliability even in harsh industrial environments. For additional flexibility, the ORCA PRO series has a mini PCIe slot that allows the use of an optional WLAN 802.11 b/g/n module for wireless communication. This facilitates integration into existing networks and enables efficient data transmission in real time.
With its powerful hardware, robust design and versatile configuration options, the ORCA PRO series is the ideal solution for automation, control technology, food processing and industrial applications with high hygiene requirements.
