By combining high AI performance, a compact form factor, and low power consumption, Jetson-based rugged systems are particularly suitable for tactical drones, autonomous vehicles, mobile surveillance systems, and intelligent sensor platforms. Often, the confined environment in industrial applications does not allow for built-in ventilation in box PCs. For this, we have the perfect solution with our fanless embedded PCs. Our systems are kept at the optimal operating temperature through specially designed heat sink fins on the device’s enclosure. The effective heat dissipation system enables an operating temperature range of -25 to 70°C, even with 100% CPU usage. This makes our fanless embedded systems the ideal solution for automation in manufacturing or production.

In addition to our standard CE/FCC certifications, we also offer IP-protected embedded PCs ranging from IP65, IP66 to full IP69K protection. This maximum sealing allows the enclosures to be cleaned even with high-pressure or steam cleaners. Furthermore, BRESSNER Technology also provides MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-810H certifications, which enhance resistance to drops from at least 1.2 meters. Additionally, they are resistant to vibrations and shocks, high altitudes (low pressure), high temperatures, low temperatures, thermal shocks, water and rain, as well as dust and sand.

The majority of our industrial-grade edge computing hardware models can be easily installed using VESA wall mounting (also with patented damping brackets). Alternatively, the systems can also be transported – with the damping brackets even in vehicles for testing purposes.

The Jetson Orin Edge AI computers provide the world’s strongest computing power for implementing complex and compact machine learning applications.

The Jetson Orin SoCs use the latest NVIDIA® 12-core Ampere architecture and consist of a powerful ARM® Cortex®-A78AE v.8.2 64-bit processor. The integrated Ampere GPU includes 2 graphics processor clusters (GPC), up to 8 texture processor clusters (TPC), and up to 16 streaming multiprocessors (SM) with 192KB of L1 cache and 4MB of L2 cache. Additionally, 128 CUDA cores per SM are supported, making the 64GB version of the Orin module offer a total of 2048 CUDA cores and 64 tensor cores. This combination results in computing power of up to 275 trillion operations per second (TOPS), providing a platform for deep learning inference pipelines, real-time computer vision, and high-speed interfaces for various sensor data.
