Digi XBee® 3 modules set new standards in wireless connectivity and accelerate time-to-market for developers, OEMs and solution providers. The pre-certified Digi XBee® 3 modules are based on industry-leading technology and offer the flexibility to switch between multiple frequencies and wireless protocols as needed.

Powerful platform for cellular IoT devices and gateways

The Digi XBee® 3 cellular LTE-M/NB-IoT modules provide compact and flexible cellular connectivity for IoT devices and gateways. With an authentic 20-pin XBee® footprint and a size of only 24 mm x 33 mm, they are the smallest terminal-certified modem for cellular networks.

The cellular modules are pre-certified for operation in cellular networks, saving OEMs valuable time and resources. The integration of MicroPython programmability for edge computing and MQTT support for Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS makes application development even more flexible. Optimized for low power consumption and long battery life, Digi XBee® 3 cellular LTE-M/NB-IoT modules are ideal for low data and low power applications.

Additional security and easy management

Built-in Digi TrustFence® security, identity and privacy features utilize more than 175 controls to protect against cyber threats. Digi Remote Manager® makes it easy to configure and control the modules from a centralized platform. Digi XBee® Transparent and API mode simplify design, while Digi XCTU® and Digi Remote Manager® enable easy management and configuration.

Versatile application possibilities

The modules are FCC-certified, carrier terminal certified and offer multi-band support for integration with many network operators. With Bluetooth® Low Energy for beaconing and local configuration via the Digi XBee® Mobile App, the application possibilities are versatile. With CE/RED certification and network testing, the Digi XBee® 3 cellular LTE-M/NB-IoT modules are ready for reliable use in various environments.
