Digi ConnectCore® MP157 Wi-Fi: Secure, wireless System-on-Module

The Digi ConnectCore® MP157 Wi-Fi is a powerful and secure System-on-Module (SOM) designed for wireless applications requiring the highest reliability and security. This module is based on the STM32MP157C from STMicroelectronics, an Arm® Dual Cortex®-A7 processor with 650 MHz, as well as a Cortex®-M4 processor with 209 MHz and FPU/MPU.

Powerful for demanding applications

The STM32MP157C offers powerful computing performance with a dual Cortex-A7 processor and an additional Cortex-M4 processor with FPU/MPU. With an integrated 3D GPU, demanding graphics applications and user interfaces can be realized. The module has a secure boot and crypto engine to ensure robust security in your applications.

Reliable memory and wireless connectivity

With 512 MB SLC NAND flash and 512 MB DDR3L, the module provides ample storage space for applications and data. The integrated Wi-Fi 5 module supports dual-band 802.11a/b/g/n/ac with 1×1 radio, enabling speeds of up to 433.3 Mbps. It also offers robust WPA3 enterprise authentication and encryption for secure wireless communication. The module also supports Bluetooth® 5.2 with base rate, extended data rate and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for flexible wireless connectivity.

Robust and flexible

With a full temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C, the Digi ConnectCore MP157 Wi-Fi is suitable for a wide range of application conditions. It offers flexible Ethernet options with support for 10/100 Mbit or Gigabit Ethernet, GMAC IEEE 1588v2 and various interfaces (MII/RMII/GMII/RGMII).
