The starter kit contains a complete LoRaWAN solution:

  • Multisensor device: the kit includes a multisensor device that monitors various environmental factors and supports a wide range of applications.
  • Multi-channel gateway (HXG3000): With a high receive sensitivity and transmit power, the HXG3000 gateway enables reliable two-way communication over LoRaWAN with long range and no line of sight.
  • X-ON™ Cloud IoT: The cloud application is based on the X-ON Industry Platform IoT, a highly scalable microservices platform for large-scale LoRaWAN™ solutions. The kit includes a 30-day free trial account for the X-ON cloud to demonstrate the automatic provisioning of devices and gateways.

Versatile connectivity

  • LoRaWAN™ Class A and Class C: The kit supports both low-power battery-powered applications and real-time cloud-to-device control applications.
  • Digi LoRaWAN™ Client Shield: This expansion board enables rapid prototyping and development of LoRaWAN™ sensors on ST® Nucleo and Arduino® platforms. It supports stackable Arduino connectors, digital input switches, RGB LED, u.FL connector, antenna and temperature sensor.
